Deep Conversation Games (Authentic Relating)

Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

About

Most of us talk all day and still go to bed feeling unheard. We trade updates, solve problems, keep things moving. What we rarely do is slow down long enough to ask what is actually going on, in ourselves or in the person across from us. This circle is a weekly pause from that. For a couple of hours on Sunday evening, we play a few Authentic Relating games and see what happens when people stop performing and get curious about each other. Some rounds are light and funny. Some go surprisingly deep. Most land somewhere in between, in conversations you might not have had anywhere else that week. We run the circle even if only two of us show up. Two of us are enough for a real conversation. Some of the best evenings are the small ones. What is Authentic Relating?Authentic Relating is a set of simple, structured games that help people connect more honestly. They invite you to notice what you are feeling, say it plainly, listen without fixing, and meet the other person with a bit more presence. You don’t need to be outgoing or “good with people.” Nothing is compulsory. Every question is an invitation, and you can always pass.Is this for me? If you enjoy conversations that go past the usual, or you have noticed you have plenty of people around you and few you really talk to, you will probably feel at home here.New to Authentic Relating? Message me before your first Sunday. A short hello helps us both, and you can ask anything.About me:Hi, I’m Shubho. For 18 years, my work was helping complex companies make sense to the world. Somewhere along the way, I noticed how few of us, especially men at midlife, had anywhere to make sense of ourselves. So I started Let’s Unwynd, a small space in Bengaluru for folks like us to slow down and discuss sleep, stress, and connection. Authentic Relating games became one of the most powerful tools in that room, because they let people go deep in a light way.I will be joining more as a participant than a facilitator. I am still learning every week alongside everyone else.Contribution: This circle is pay-what-feels-right. If it gave you something- a real conversation, a lighter mind, a little less distance from people- you are warmly invited to support it here: https://buymeacoffee.com/unwyndEvery contribution helps keep the circle open every weekend, no matter how many of us turn up.Joining: We meet on Google Meet at 7 PM sharp; join a few minutes early. Register, and you will receive the link before the session.
