BuCo. began in Mangaluru, a coastal town whose flavours have always deserved more attention than they get. We started as an artisanal bakery built on one belief: the best food comes from knowing exactly where your ingredients come from and exactly what you’re doing with them.

Today, BuCo. is a modern neighbourhood cafe rooted in Karnataka’s culture.

Our menu is anchored in regional flavours and seasonal produce, with a fully in-house bakery that brings European baking techniques to local ingredients. All of it is backed by a serious filter coffee program.

Everything is made in house, and every element is locally sourced. We don’t take shortcuts. That isn’t because it’s trendy. It’s because the food demands it.

After our flagship store in the heart of Mangaluru, we’re now bringing BuCo. to Bangalore.
