DIY Camera Obscura

Build & Experiment with a Handmade Pinhole Camera

Long before lenses and megapixels, there was the *camera obscura*—a simple box, a pinhole, and the magic of light painting an image. In this workshop with artist **Stuti Bansal**, you’ll make your own camera obscura from scratch, explore the principles of analogue image-making, and develop unique photographs using light-sensitive paper.

**You’ll get to:**

- Build your own **working camera obscura**
- Learn the science & history behind the camera obscura
- Experiment with capturing and developing images
- Take home your handmade camera + prints you create

**Who is it for?**

Artists, photographers, makers, students, and anyone curious about analog photography and light-based art. No prior experience required.
