During the session, Bindu will guide you through various techniques to help you discover a theme for your collage, overcome creative blocks, and experience the therapeutic benefits of the process. She will teach you how to compose your artwork, whether you prefer a simplistic or complex approach, offering advice on composition, scale, color, and form. Together, you will explore the journey of adding and subtracting elements to create your piece. Whether you start with a defined subject or allow the work to reveal its message to you, the goal is to tap into a flow state where creativity thrives.
About Bindu Reddy - The Collagist
Bindu Reddy is a collagist and textile artist with 20 years of expertise in collage. As a visual artist she enjoys working with both analog and digital collages, and creatively transforms her ideas into textiles through digital printing. She owns and runs a whimsical art studio and brand called BINSUBU, based in Bangalore. BINSUBU is known for its playful, often surreal, digitally printed textiles and artwork, each piece thoughtfully crafted with a unique story behind it.
